Mrs. Emily Jackson, Principal

Emily Jackson has worked at Eufaula City Schools since 1998. She served as the principal of Eufaula Primary from 2012 until 2021. She was named principal of Eufaula High School in July 2021. Mrs. Jackson has degrees in early childhood and elementary education from Huntingdon College as well as master's degrees in elementary education and educational leadership from Troy University. She and her husband Matt have three children, Jacob, Ben and Juliana. 

Ms. Tracy Berry, Assistant Principal

Tracy Berry was named Assistant Principal at Eufaula High School in 2026.  She is a veteran educator, having taught in Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery County School Systems before being named an assistant principal in Eufaula City Schools.  Ms. Berry received her BS and M. Ed degrees from Alabama State University and Education Leadership Certification from Auburn University at Montgomery.  She is working on her Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University. 

Ms. Berry has two children, Mayora and Sterling, and a sweet granddaughter Maeleigh.  She enjoys reading and traveling. 

Mr. Roy Dawkins, Assistant Principal

With 27 years of experience in education, Roy Dawkins was named an assistant principal at Eufaula High School in 2026. Mr. Dawkins has served as a physical education teacher, assistant principal, and principal.  Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to serve students at the elementary, middle, high school, and collegiate levels.  He holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Alabama State University and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Troy University in Dothan.  Mr. Dawkins and his wife, Scharona Grimsley-Dawkins, have two daughters, Brittany and Rhylen.

Mr. Bradley Smith, Assistant Principal

Bradley Smith was named an assistant principal at Eufaula High School in 2026.  With 23 years of educational experience, Mr. Smith brings 19 years of service as an ELA/Reading teacher and four years as an Alternative School teacher in Houston County.  He holds a master's degree in English Language Arts from Troy University and Educational Leadership certification from the University of West Alabama.  Mr. Smith has also worked 12 total years alongside the AHSAA as a varsity head baseball coach, assistant football coach, and two-time state finals baseball umpire.  Mr. Smith and his wife, Eden, have four children.
